Research Request

If you are just beginning the process of investigating funding opportunities, we can assist you in your research. To begin a research request, please provide the following information in an email to The Grants Office:

Name
College/Department
Phone Number
Type of Project (Research, Curriculum/Material Development, Professional Development or Other)
Description of the topics or ideas you are interested in and include key search words and your anticipated results so that we can match your interests with current funding opportunities

Grants Initiation Form

Once a research phase is completed and you have identified a potential funding source, the Grants Office provides assistance with completing the Grants Initiation Form. This form is the official first step toward receiving internal approval for a future grant submission. After this form is signed by appropriate University administrators, you may begin the grant application process.
